Log in to the online portal to submit an ARC (Architectural Request For Change) request.
Use this form to request approval from the board for any modifications that affect the exterior of your home. Requests are reviewed at the monthly board meetings. If your modification is an urgent issue (e.g.: broken door or window), please note this on the form. - Emergency Contact Information Form »

To meet our quorum and hold a valid meeting, we need 35% of our co-owners to attend or send a signed proxy, so your participation is critical. Please sign and give your form to someone who is attending or to any designate a board member. As a condo association, all the common limited common areas including the garden beds near each unit are the responsibility of the association. Recently the board wrote a new policy allowing co-owners to request permission from the board to maintain their own front garden beds, in agreement with the provided guildelines.
