Built in 1996-1998, we’re located in the Turnberry neighborhood on Ann Arbor’s southeast side. Nearby you will find grocery stores, home improvement stores, shopping centers, a movie theater, and easy access to all the offerings of The University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and Washtenaw Community College. Our 90 units are filled with diverse co-owners: entrepreneurs, career professionals, retirees, and young families.
Turnberry Village is managed by KS Management, as of December 1, 2023.
This site is maintained by the board of directors for community and public reference. For time-sensitive communications, HOA fee payments, and management requests, co-owners should log in to the KS Management Vantaca Portal.
