RE: Road Maintenance on Village Circle and Ailsa Craig
Dear Turnberry Village Co-owners and Residents,
On Thursday, May 25th and Thursday, June 1st, Allied Construction will be performing road maintenance, to include filling large cracks with rubber and sealcoating (painting) the asphalt surfaces. New yellow stripes will be laid once all the sealcoating has cured.
There will be two phases of work, per the attached map. On May 25th, the southern half of the property will be seal coated and crack filled. On June 1st, the northern half will be seal coated and crack filled. For each of these, while the work is being done and for the following 24 hours, you will not have access to your driveways or garages.
During those times, you may use any open visitor spaces on the half that is not receiving work or may park along the portion of Ailsa Craig that is shared with the single family homes.
We recognize that this will be an inconvenience for at least one day, but it goes a long way toward preserving and beautifying the roadway. Replacing the roadway is one of the most expensive tasks an association can undertake, so we want to get the most out of it.
