In 2019 the board changed snow removal companies. Here are some excerpts from our contract regarding our current specs for removal are as follows:
FREQUENCY
Remove by plowing, blowing, and shoveling all snow accumulations in excess of 1.5 inches from streets, drives and parking lots. Remove by snow blowing and shoveling; all snow accumulations from sidewalks, steps and porches of any depth or accumulation whatsoever.
AREAS COVERED
- All internal streets and drives full width.
- All walkways full width.
- All steps and porches full width.
- All parking spaces full width.
- All cluster mailbox pads (if applicable).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
l. Plowing and cleaning of streets, drives, and parking lots shall occur on all snowfalls in excess of 1.5 inches. Such plowing and cleaning shall be done when snow accumulation reaches a depth of 1.5 inches as measured at the site.
