A&J Stone has been contracted to repair our brick and mortar throughout the community in the places identified by Engineering Technologies Company earlier this year.

Below is a list of all work currently scheduled. Units with a number next to their address (# of Linear Feet) will have some repair work done.

If your unit IS on the list…

  • The work is primarily focused in the walls along the side of the garage and porches. Please move all flower pots, decorative items, bird feeders, etc. anything movable, away from the wall.
  • The contractor is to use tarps to cover the plantings while repairing and sealing the mortar, however if you would like to cover your own plantings at that time you are welcome to use tarp or burlap etc.
  • We cannot guarantee that no damage will occur but we are in communication with the contractor and management to reiterate the importance of standard precautions to minimize any damage as much as possible.

If your unit is NOT on the list…

  • You do not need to do anything.
  • If, however, you feel there is some masonry issue on your unit that should be noted and perhaps repaired at this time, please email board@myturnberry.com

Please also note…

  • The contractor will need access to external power and may use your plugs near your porches or garages. If you have concerns about this, contact the board.
  • The contractor will be blocking off a parking spot for mixing mortar etc. Please stay clear of the equipment and avoid parking right next to them if possible.
  • If any issues occur while work is being completed, please do not contact the contractor directly. Send an email to board@myturnberry.com.

UPCOMING 2022 PROJECTS:

  • Asphalt Repair: Nagle Paving Company is contracted to do road repair on Village Circle in September. This will involve removing and replacing the asphalt down the center of the road. By repairing this portion of the road, we are able to get several more years of use out of the existing road before needing to replace the road entirely. (See recent Reserve Study for details.) More details and specific start date will be provided as they become available.
  • Crackfill: The road and service drives will also be crackfilled this year, likely in October.

Thank you for your patience during this important community improvement project.
