Concrete work is expected to get underway around October 4th, 2021. To be completed by November 4th.
The work will be throughout our community. If work is to be completed in the vicinity of your home, you will have received a letter in the mail from Herriman & Associates specifying the work and providing these details.
In preparation for the work, we want you to know the following.
Work involving porch and/or sidewalk and/or driveway:
- Please remove all personal property from the work area.
- Please remove or relocate any small plants adjacent to the work area.
- Close windows and doors as saw cutting operations create dust.
- The irrigation zone will be shut down during removal, replacement and curing.
For driveway work only:
- Your garage door must be open on the day that concrete is being poured.
If portions of your walk and/or porch together with your driveway are being replaced, work will be performed such that you will have access to either your front door or your garage. Both will not be inaccessible at the same time.
Disturbed turf areas will be restored with topsoil and seed. We ask that you water it frequently as irrigation alone may not be sufficient.
Once we have a firm start date we will inform you. Not all work will begin at the same time. The contractor will post a notice on your garage door at least two days before the commencement of work in the vicinity of your home.
