The Board and Management reviewed the Maintenance Matrix reference sheet. Here is the latest version edited to better reflect our bylaws.
This document is a quick reference guide outlining the responsibilities of the co-owners and the association/management. The matrix serves only as a guide, and if any items are in conflict with the recorded Master Deed and By-laws, then the recorded documents will prevail.
