At the end of 2019, in an ongoing effort to bring our polices up to day, the Board reviewed and approved a new policy with the intent to comply with the Michigan Condominium Act, the Federal Fair Housing Act (with amendments), and the Americans with Disabilities Act for any alteration or modification request by a disabled co-owner of the Turnberry Village Association.
