The Board has decided to end our contract with PASCO Property Management, Inc due to a failure to provide a high quality of service and accountability.
Starting March 1st, 2019, Turnberry Village Condominiums will begin a new management contract with Herriman & Associates, Inc. They have been managing community properties for over 25 years and the Board was impressed with their attention to detail, proactive management, and proven processes.
